   Hi Lulu, I have small feet too and find that ebay is very good and reasonable.

   What I also do is buy shoes that are a bit big, but with a strap and they are great then.

   I am between 2half and 3 and I am 39.

   you could try
   they have masses of small size shoes and some are quite sexy
