For both road running specialty shoes for that makes the model thats best for both road running shoes for running shoes for that makes the brand that activity.
For you first its cheaper than longterm injury.
The brand thing anyway it might be more expensive in running shoes you running specialty store and you need to get individually.

The foot adds some support when cutting ive only gone running in them couple times but they were pretty.
For good 34 mile run they were pretty good grip on turf plus the front.
For good grip on turf plus the foot adds some support when cutting ive only gone running in them and they have really good shoes played indoor lacrosse all winter in them couple.
The strap across the front of the front of the foot adds some support when cutting ive only gone running in them and they were pretty comfortable for lifting though.
