what is size 25 in womens shoes?

anyone know of any online sites where it gives you womens sizes in U.S. and what they are equal to in overseas sizes. For example womens shoes in japan are 24.5 or 25, what would that size shoe be in the U.S.?

    24.5 is a 8 1/2 in U.S. sizes, and 25 is a 9 in U.S. sizes.
