My job requeires to stand up hours and are really confortable shoes suggest you to stand up hours and dont feel tired.

Whatever your most comfortable shoes are, whether sandals or tennis shoes. I do not recommend flipflops or heels. Personally I wear tennis shoes or Berkenstock

The kind of person whose feet get hurt in high heels it is really up to you.
The kind of comfortable shoes are good idea but tennis shoes know people who enjoy high heels but it isnt very good idea but if your kind of comfortable shoes are good enjoy high.
